The stay was fine. Came here for 2 nights with my grandchildren, everything was very good. The staff was helpful, everyone was patient and hospitable. Booked a room in higher level. The location seemed comfortable and decent to the Rochester area.

The staff was particularly helpful and attentive during our whole stay. We liked the elegant-style building and our a nice size and well-appointed room with a whirlpool tub. The breakfast was hearty and complimentary and offered a huge variety of options.

Really great overall experience. Good sized and stocked rooms in higher level, incredibly nice staff. Incredible, stunning location in Downtown Rochester district short walk to Downtown night life, and Blue Cross Arena. Also, happy to stay there again the next time in the area.

Beds were very hard.

The rooms are well-appointed and brand-new, with a writing table, complimentary wireless internet and a balcony. The location is comfortable, 15 minutes' walk to a massive museum.

Everything is good here, had a such great stay by the customer service I received during my stay. The hotel has a very courteous team, they helped me with everything. The location is marvellous, very close to city center. There's cool Byblos Cafe at a medium distance from the venue, make desserts etc. The restaurant in the hotel is small for breakfast.

The front desk staff were pleasant and polite, resolving room errors quickly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast staff were kind and courteous. The pool was nice, and the lifeguard on duty was attentive and welcoming. The location is convenient to the airport, and there is a great BBQ restaurant just a short walk away.

The temperature felt warm, but overall, no complaints whatsoever.
